Being from India, it is difficult to get the same taste and authenticity in Perth. But I was suprised to get that same aroma and taste from the dishes cooked by Curry Pirates. These Pirates have stolen my vote for sure for the Indian cuisine in Perth and I know where to go when I remember about India.
